REFUND POLICY

Returns

Under project management consultancy we are only service providers and our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or advance payment, we cannot offer refund or exchange of services. To be eligible for refund, services must not have started. Proof of payment is required. Some services are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, refund will be processed and credited to original payment method within certain days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received refund yet, first check bank account. Then contact your card provider or bank as processing may take time. If still not received, contact us at rcc.1ho@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace services if they are requested and found eligible.
