Under project management consultancy we are only services provider and our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or advance payment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of services. To be eligible for a return / refund, our services (our working on your task) must have not started. Several types of goods / services are exempt from being returned / refunded. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your eligible refund / return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund / return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
