In this module, we educate the project owners & explain to them ways to assess the risks & how to manage them. All the Buildings & other structures are exposed to risks like Earthquakes, Fire Accidents, Electrical Short Circuiting and other Unfortunate Accidents, which may cause damage/loss to property as well as life. This in turn results in financial losses or third part civil/criminal liability. This loss can be significantly reduced to the maximum possible extent, if the right measures are taken at the pre-project / drawing board stage, at little or no extra cost.
