ASSISTANCE IN GREEN BUILDING PROJECTS | GREEN BUILDING
RECOMMENDED FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS & EXISTING BUILDINGS - OFFICES, INDUSTRIES, FACTORIES, INSTITUTIONS, HOUSES ETC.
This module is designed keeping in mind the benefits of green projects to builder/project owner in line with government policies & green concepts altogether.
In this module, we will help our those customers, who are willing to make their project buildings as green buildings project. We will provide all necessary assistance for the green building project. However, the cost of IGBC project certification is not included in this module as the IGBC approved consultants are separate for documentation and all other necessary work-related IGBC certification. We will assist the project owners on the following points mainly.
• Explaining about the Environment Friendly / Green Building Concepts, their Benefits, Govt. Schemes etc.
• Coordination between Project Architect, Project Owner & IGBC for necessary Design Inputs.
• Monitoring in Execution Stages in line with the green lines etc.
