PROJECT ADVISOR
RECOMMENDED FOR : BUILDERS - DEVELOPERS & PROJECT OWNERS:
This module is desgined for our those clients / customers, who want our role as an advisory body on board in their projects. We will be on board to advise them on all technical aspects related to the project. As per necessity we give training & lecture sessions to their staff for improvement in project management work and guide them to set up various systems – procedures at site / office on different aspects to handle the situation efficiently. We also help them tracking & control on time, cost, quality, safety lines etc. as per our expertise. This module will include the cost of following retail pmc services.
1. 2 Meetings Monthly.
2. 4 Site Visits Monthly (Minimum, however based on our availability & necessity of project more site visits also can be made).
3. Payment Certification of Bills once in a month (Measurements Checking will be done by your site staff in our guidance).
4. Design of System – Procedures for Site.
5. Advise on all Project Related Aspect as per necessity.
